I switched to another USB port on the f01u side of the laptop and it was fine.

Finally, be sure you’;re using the C01U as the input. Of course it’s going to be quiet if you don’t turn up the volume. This is his personal blog.

Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. I’ll assume it’s a recent version of Windows. Laptops and even desktops by all manufacturers have different electrical characteristics on the different USB ports.

The gain just seemed way too winndows, barely registering one bar in the Windows 7 audio device setup dialog. I support the Open Source Hardware Definition v1.
